The absolute best insight I have ever received into the interview process. Very straightforward and crisp - you are truly a genius at what you do!

Are interviews part of discrimination? At some point in the process, the company will see who you are. This only changes the point at which companies can view who you are. Interviews are often conducted view video conferencing. This is simply further upstream in the interviewing process. It is, in effect, a one-way mini interview. It can help you to get a review that you might not otherwise get.

Aren't video resumes part of discrimination? They don't even allow pictures on your job resume! How can they accept a video resume?
